"Alepu" Ltd. Plovdiv offers a holiday settlement, the town of Sozopol,
the country place of Alepu, the bay of Humata.
The area is situated in 10
km to the south of the town of Sozopol in direction to the town of Primorsko,
just above the bay of Humata, in the country place of Alepu on the land of Sozopol.
A holiday settlement elaborated in two versions on the area of 33 dc in accordance
with an approved and enforceable Detailed Construction Plan Agreement and changed
statute of the terrain, namely: building density - 30%, building intensity - 1,5;
cornice elevation - Í 10 m.
The settlement will be with a shared infrastructure
including inner parking lots, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, sports and
SPA centres, open-air swimming pools for each group of bungalows and hotel part.
The houses will be made of natural materials - ceramic bricks, stone, plaster,
wood and tiles.
The tinsmith's work will be made of copper tin. The windows
will be made of profiles with interrupted thermostat of the glass packet. The
interior doors will be made of thick MDF with natural oak veneer and facing (Germany
or Italy).
The structural system of the facades (including the thermal
insulation and plaster in colour) will be made of products of Caparol - Germany.
All the interior wall and ceiling colouring will be done with products of Kaparol
in a colour chosen by the client.
All the flooring and wall cladding (ceramic,
granite and faience tiles, as well as sanitary and accessories) will be delivered
and installed at seller's expense in accordance with the client's choice.
